What are your business hours?

Visits normally start at 8:00am (and we are flexible regarding schedules) with the last one at 8:00pm. You are welcome to call and  leave a message at anytime, but we do not answer calls after 8:00pm unless it is an emergency. The best way to get in touch with me is by e-mail.

Do you accept last minute assignments?

Of course! Just give us a call and we'll do everything we can to help you.

Do you work on week-ends?

Yes, we work 7 days a week and most holidays!  There is no extra charge for week-ends but, depending on the holiday (for example: Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day), there may be an additional charge.

Do you keep pets in you home?

No, we do not board pets (an exception being a caged pet such as a hamster or a reptile). But we will be happy to refer you to someone who does!

Do you do overnight visits?

Not at this time, no, but I may be able to refer you to someone that does - just ask!

Do you accept credit cards?

We do not take credit cards at this time, but it is a possibility in the future.

When do you expect payment?

Full payment is expected  on or before the first day of service. First time clients may pay at the initial consultation. After a client has become established, payment may be left in the form of cash or check for pick-up on the first visit.

Do you charge mileage?

If you are located within 20 miles of my office, no. If you are further than 20 miles, I charge .55 a mile (after 20 miles). I am open to negotiation on this, such as how close you are  to that 20 mile line and if I will be doing multiple visits or pet transporting.
